She is a crazy woman! I cant contact with my kids over a 6 months(she sings orders to contacts withcontac.Still i can contact with my kids.She dont doing nothing for me!!!!!- She brake a law- she shouldnt be a judge!!!!!!

Catherine M Fitzpartick is a crazy woman. She is the judicial swamp that needed to be drained over a decade ago. Her demeanor is biased, nasty, venomous and psychopathic. In her court, if she dislikes you for any reason, she would humiliate you, bark at you and be totally biased against you, even before you open your mouth in self defense. I was in front of her in a typical family court matter, and I didn't deserve such nightmare.

She violates judicial canons and retaliated by failing to schedule timely hearings on custody while depriving you of custody.

In a case I witnessed she attempted to strip a father of his rights to represent himself to strong arm a settlement, she did this in violation of court rules and rules of evidence. She later filed unsubstantiated criminal charges against the father, issued illegal orders for default hearings, despite being a witness in a criminal matter against the father, see public records in 13-3950-01, a dismissed criminal matter. She never appeared in court for the trial after makind a false claim against this father, who spent 4 months in jail because of allegations. She also hid his DV file in FACTS system by reporting the case as 19 days old when it was over 200 days old without an FRO hearing, she cheated the guy out of contact with his kids. Judge Catherine Fitzpatrick appears to be an evil vindictive, crazy woman.
