Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: NJ3602
Rating:2.6
Comments:
This judge shows zero respect for attorneys, while simultaneously admonishing lawyers for being “unprofessional.” If you’re a plaintiffs’ attorney you will not be allowed to speak. If defendants play games with discovery, you’re considered the problem for seeking Court intervention.

Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: NJ2701
Rating:1.4
Comments:
THE single most biased and inept jurist I have had the displeasure of appearing before in 29 years of practice. Does not know Family law (or ignores the legal authorities), asks leading questions in order to elicit favorable testimony from parties he favors, and allowed a witness to call a Wife whom he clearly disfavored a "cunt" without censoring the witness.
