Judges should be appointed to the bench for their knowledge of the law. This clown was appointed to the bench for his political connections and contributions to the Morris County Republican Party.

He does not care about the law, fairness of justice or how bad he ruins lives. He is famous for having exparte communications / hearings without the opposing party before him. This is called Maenza Justice.

And we pay this guy for his carnage.

this judge has NO Clue what he's doing in the chancery division and came out of family court recently and never bothered to learn the foreclosure fraud and deception being perpetrated upon homeowners by the foreclosure mill attorneys and never believes these criminals would lie???? what a dumb-a-- he is and should be removed from the bench!!!

Very prejudiced and biased based on who you hire. When you interview your lawyer, see if he is buddies with Judge Maenza, some lawyers have that hook. Also when speaking in court, he comes across as a buffoon.

This judge is a disgrace to the judiciary. He is incompetent, can't add or subtract for his life, is prejudice, bias commits illegal acts under the color of law. In my case he was reprimanded in writing (slap on the wrist) for committing judicial misconduct and aiding the fraud. He is simply a bad man. An ordinary person could not get it that wrong.
