Judge mongiardo is no a fair judge he see evidence of people lawyer, people that enter this country unlawfully and you know he believes them and no people that are saying the truth. He has documents on his eyes and then he said oh no evidence of what that person want after she died. He don’t have any capacity to handle complex cases on the court and he looks like he is exasperated all the time. In my case he give credibility to the defendant that lies all the time and change testimony and he have a lot of evidence against the defendant even audios showing that he was lying in his testimony and still he was on the side of the defendant

What a schmuck.

Some lawyer without any scruples made misrepresentations without so much as a CERTIFICATION by anyone with first-hand knowledge of the facts. The judge accepted the hearsay testimony, placed it in his decision, and caused me, as a direct result, to be sued.

The same crooked lawyer used the decision to bolster his case! He even quoted it in his complaint. And guess who was going the motion judge?JUDGE MONGIARDO!!!

I am not saying that I don't appreciate the fact that he denied the plaintiff's motions -- all of them, in fact -- but that's because he was transparently obvious in his hackery and a complete incompetent. But the fact that a judge would lend credence to hearsay testimony, without even ordering me to appear for a hearing, and then cause me to be sued is simply astonishing.
