Was incompetent and inept in a cut and dry Civil Rights matter, sided with a corrupt judge who has felony charges against her currently, and contributed to an opinion that lacked intelligence and basic knowledge of the law.

Judge Natali reads submissions by parties. He however predecides and often misses the point. He writes his decisions and reads way too much from scripts. This methods results in him missing critical points made by lawyers at oral argument. Liberal is a good trait for a judge. He however is way too liberal often and in the process ends up doing injustice. Good judge but his methods and decision making process need to change. He is respectful to all, tries to be fair, is not arrogant and these are great ingredients for a good judge which so many judges lack. I hope he stops pre judging, and stop being so liberal that the process loses meaning.

Judge Natali is the most nervous, anxious and crazy judge on the bench. His inability to handle simple requests is shocking. His inability to understand even vaguely complex motions is very poor. This judge relies entirely upon the attorneys to do his job.
