Relays heavily on law clerk for applicable case law and research which often is not on point. As a consequence, decision making is flawed. Lacks experience in complex matters. Appears to have a definite bias against women especially in allocating support.

This judge is awesome and I'm a man. Extremely fair and listened to every word I had to say. Did not put up with my ex's nonsense and only wanted facts, would not entertain opinions. When my ex lied she confronted her and when I showed evidence that my son was doing well, she sided with me. This is a breath of fresh air compared with Judge Ruah, who hates men and makes up his mind before you even open up your mouth. I proved over and over that my ex was lying to him and he ignored it all, even when the evidence was staring him in the face. Man should be dis-robed. Judge Ridgeway and Judge Jackson are two of the finest and fair judges in the system.
