We are strapped getting no housing. Our eviction went on public records, and every time I go to look for a home and pay applications fees, me and my wife get denied because of this eviction. We are now looking to sue Ocean County Superior Court Mark Troncone who signed the eviction going along with Lori Cohen Greenberg the Homestead Run landlords attorney, she's getting sued as well. Both our attorney Steven Willis and our realtor Arlene Meyer's said this went to far. We have a right to a home, and not to live in a car with both of us with health issues. I get another heart attack, being i already had 2, my wife Joanne will double sue all of Ocean County, Superior Court, Sheriff's department, Homestead Run Renee McNally manager. All who were involved in the eviction and throwing us out of our own home that we owned.

Lazy. Didn’t think through the issues. Contradicted himself in his opinions. Believed the renting of a difficult partner at prestigious law firm even though she was lying through her teeth. He’s really, really lazy. Should not be on bench.

The judge denied my adversary's motion for summary judgment. He did the right thing based on the rules and law, and without regard to how my "powerful" yet deceitful and arrogant adversary attempted to move her weight around.

Kudos to the good judge for upholding the law and for being fair.
