He's been in the appellate court for too long--10 years. Get him out. He has clerk's initial his appellate decisions, and you can't even read the initials. He refers to the lower level court judge as "the Judge" or "the Court", and does nothing more than protect his buddies in the lower level courts when their decisions are appealed. Proof is submitted, and he blatantly ignores it. and just says "Denied", with no explanation.

Comments:
This is an appellate judge, who made a prejudicial remark on an appellate decision, who thought he'd picked on a disabled vet. He said that my disability retirement was not earned during a time of war or duty related. I retired disabled in 2005. I served my country for 25 years. Refused to remove this remark, and LIED on his decision, stating that their appellate decision turnaround time was 2 months, when it actually was over 11 months. ON the Motion for Reconsideration, he sent a letter, simply stating "DENIED", with no explanation.
