~I only had a pre trial conference with the judge but she seemed very pleasant and knowledgeable about the file. things can change obviously but so far no complaints

This Judge permitted verbal abuse by my ex's attorney without stopping him until my own attorney stepped in. This is a bad judge no doubt. It feels,popularity is more important than protecting litigants rights. You get her you better be sure you have an attorney that has her in their pocket

I went through a divorce and my ex left my home and almost immediately went and had cosmetic work done. That was not a problem for me. It was elective and not covered by insurance my ex sent me the bill. I laughed it off thinking this was much like getting your nails done or your hair colored. There was no way the Judge would require me to pay for this. I was wrong. The judges ridiculous statement was that I did not say I wouldn't. This type of advantage taking speaks to her values as she was raised up. I paid it because I had no choice . Not one person, attorneys included saw this as a just decision. I understand this Judge may a be moving to the criminal court. With decisions as poor as this one she may be unqualified if not dangerous dealing on the criminal side. Imagine : sorry store owner that works so hard in you livelihood. You never said he could not have that 70" TV.. Ludicrous .

This Judge is clearly a feminist. I was basically told that even though my kids had witnessed violence in the home as well as continued emotional duress they were fine to return to their mothers home. She didn't even understand the parents could not get DCP&P reports when she asked me what the report said. I was told " Kids don't always get what they want" which was unreal. She couldn't see past the fact that I was a father and not a mother. Shameful

The only reason Mara is a judge is because of her father. I went Before her. She read none of my motion . We put in documented proof . She ignored it. Instead smiling at the attorney she new and made sure that my Ex attorney with no proof of anything got his way . She eventually had to recuse herself from my case because of bias due to emails we found of my Ex attorney and her law clerk . She has no compassion for children even though it is family court. She is there to protect them. Finally got a decent Judge named Justus. And I thank God I never have to go before Zazzlli again. Make sure you hire an attorney she's in with. She is not fit to be on the bench and she truly thinks she is above the law because of her father . A pity she forgets there is a place in hell for her !!

Stunning example of incompetence. She obviously does not or can not read a single word of the documentation presented. The bias is blatant and without shame. This judge makes up the law and rules as she goes. Good thing her father got her as far as he did.

This judge is another Bias judge who does not read motions . Facts are put in writing before her , she ignore. Favors lawyers who have been before her. I wish these judges would read motions carefully, instead of relying on their clerks. She does not follow the law, only her own bias.
