Another loser. A typical man hating man in the Bergen county family court system. Guy WILL NOT defendants or defendants council speak. It almost like he was trying to get with my ex wife while we were in court. What a loser this guy is. Get him out!

[Redacted by Ed.] He's also a bully, doesn't allow defendants to speak, just literally yells at them questions without allowing for answers. Ex wife didn' even show ups so he let her lawyer state his case for 5 minutes, shut me up after 5 seconds then just yelled questions at me without allowing for answer. I had clear proof my ex purjured herself in her own document with her own evidence and he could care less. Get him out. This Judge belongs in prison not a position of power.

This judge willfully DID NOT address all my points on my family matter case/alimony termination. It was the end of the day and I felt like I was being rushed. He was rude, unattentive, and working on other paperwork while I was speaking. He didn't allow me enough time. This judge needs to be removed immediately!!!

The absolute worst family court judge Bergen County currently has on the bench. Rude, arrogant, constantly late, and instead of letting both sides speak, decides to overreact & monologue, instead. If there was a viable resource to report his actions, I would do so. If possible, request another judge before your case.

Terrible judge and person - needs to be removed. An embarrassment to justice.

Always late, moody, condescending, juggles cases without regard, rolls eyes, yells, doesn't listen, misquotes you, eats up theatrics and flirtations.

Always working on other paperwork while people are speaking - doesn't pay attention. Comes unprepared.

A bully with a complex.

This judge is not easy to take. The most annoying part of appearing before him is that you never know what his demeanor will be that day. Very moody person and has no patience. He speaks condescendingly to attorneys that are not in his circle. It shows that he is waiting to retire.

This judge delayed my divorce case 15 times and did nothing except get other people to evaluate for him and just read the results in court. He is pathetic and works completely under the table. in No way should this man be allowed on a court room unless its for the all the lawsuits he will be facing and Definitely was not honorable.

[Redacted] The games Janeczko plays to get his lawyer and service provider friends paid over 12 months are consistent with this eye opening movie. Janeczko comes up for reappointment in 2022. Contact Gov Phil Murphy's office to shine a light on his bullying [Redacted] lets see to it Janeczko isn't re appointed.

Take the chance and request another judge. Janeczko rules to get his lawyer friends paid in return for his lawyer friends selling out their clients during chambers. He doesn't follow cases. doesn't prepare. hes a despot in court despite the fact that he is a public servant. He's a gov christie 2015 appointee lets get a new judge in by 2021 and have him move onto private practice with one of his lawyer buddies that he colluded with to get paid.

Logical and fair, no patience for your bullsht. Dont' smirk or make faces in his presence either. Law clerk assigned to him in Fall 2018 is a nightmare, his team is wonderful otherwise.
