He is very biased against women and will ignore singed agreements to side with the man in any case. My ex has broken our agreement many times, walks around thinking he is above the law and Booth doesn’t give a crap about what me or my attorney has to say in his courtroom. He just grants my ex whatever he asks for. When I filed an emergency motion recently because my ex once again broke our agreement-Booth once again ruled in his favor. Unfortunately he got his chair under Chris Christie. How he has been able to keep his seat is beyond me. I’m frustrated and there is no way to get another judge. For all new moms coming in-if you get Booth as your judge-I’m very sorry. The best attorney in the world isn’t going to be able to help you win anything in his courtroom. He will always say to take co-parenting classes and thats fine but if the ex refuses to actually want to try coparent-the classes that you are ordered to sit through are useless.

He should not be a family court judge. He is very bias to stay at home Mom's. The judge was not interested in hearing how he left our daughter while she was pregnant with her second IVF child. It was okay that her ex and his new live in girlfriend went behind her back and had our 2 year old grandson evaluated for Early Intervention. It was shown numerous times that her ex was a liar yet in the judge's ruling he considered him creditable. After attending all court proceedings it was clear that our ex son-in-law could do no wrong in the judge's eyes. There is no justice in his bias courtroom.

He was a terrible attorney and very bias to women this is coming from a man's perspective he is a very sexest individual .
It does not matter how much proof there is in a family matter against the father he will side with them. Even when it includes many criminal charges, domestic violence, lack of following a support order and multiple breaks in a divorce decree. This judge should not be in family law maybe he is better off sticking with personal injury as most of his career was just that. Pathetic excuse for a judge. Bias sexest and lazy in examining the true facts of a case .

I have submitted a 125 motion against the father of my children. Driving while suspended, warrants, DV past, while filing a motion to relocate. My ex talks through the children making plans, defying the children's bill of rights and he acted as if this was all okay. Judge Booth was very quick to dismiss the information and more concerned over the lack of child support the father paid. Even with that, there was no motion put in play for the father if he continued not to pay. I am appealing the decision because even if a parent gets there kids, doesn't mean it's in the best interest of the kids. If this is what it's about, how is someone abusive found fit when in time, it gets worse and I have proof? My ex-husband and I have a court order he dont follow and according to Judge Booth, thats okay. His final answer was co-parenting classes. If he doesn't have time for people to represent themselves, then he shouldn't be a judge. These are children who are stuck in the middle of abuse. He made me feel like I can not protect my children and feel helpless. I will be obtaining a lawyer and feel like I want another judge. What is going on is NOT okay and my kids are stuck in the middle.

Judge Thomas handled a case where a parent was offered a higher paying job than what she was currently making. She wanted to take her baby out of the state to make a better living for herself and her baby. The father contested the move but when the mother tried to speak about her situation the Judged cut her off and gave his own perspective. The mother tried to give alternative suggestions about how both parent could share the same amount of time with their daughter. The Judge never allowed her to speak. He quickly dismissed any resolutions that she offered. He used words that were personally bias and feminist. He said the case was closed and when the mother explained that she would appeal the decision he explained that he was the judge that oversees all cases in New Jersey. He was not only ignorant about how he handled the case but he was obnoxious and disrespectful. I will go as far to say that he used his power to bully the mother.
