This judge gave my son to his moms cousin even though I am his father and had prental rights as his mom died and a few days later gave him to the cousin because she said something on the paperwork that was not true and didn't even question her as to why do you want someone else's child and not to say because you love him because that's not enough of a good reason but he gave my son to not really a blood relative of his and not even a grandmother SMH he needs to be disbarred

Daniel Bernardin needs to be disbarred immediately! I swear he took on law as a means to repay people who look or act like those who may have bullied him in his life. He was so adamant about being in total control rather than actively listening to either side presented to him. His ruling was less than terrible as he showed zero concerned with the well being of our child! He continued to misquote information as if he never even bothered to read any of the many forms we were required to pay to send in prior to. He has too much foolish pride and his ego is humongous so please don’t dare try to go against any part of his decisions. Although my wife and I were before him, it isn’t to suggest that she should have been subjected to his opinion about her. His comment was grossly inappropriate and I’m unsure how a judge should be able to get away with such behavior. His rulings are like a “one size fits all” approach without actually caring enough to intensely read each case and review supportive documents about that individual case! Beware if you see his name on your upcoming hearing! My lawyer even described him as a “wild card that leaves many attorneys questioning why in the hell he would make such rulings.” After we left, I had the answer to her comment....”Because he can & isn’t required to actually care.” Please return to Cherry Hill and spare our families your biased bs!

Couldn’t agree more with previous comments. He did not even allow me the opportunity to present physical evidence that he was placing my 6 year old in danger. This judge needs to be disrobed.

This is the worst Judge I have had to deal with. Judge Bernardin was presiding under a modification order and was totally clueless to any facts on this matter. He did not even know I had a visitation order even though it was right in the file in front of him. He presided and didn't feel the need to look at any details of this case. He is a disgrace to our judicial system and shouldn't have a job. Judge Bernardin stated that he didn't agree with my court ordered visitation because he had no clue that it was given to me due to the circumstances of abuse that had occurred, maybe had he done his job and took just a few minutes to look over the file he would have had a better attitude as to this delicate situation.

This judge knowingly placed my child in danger and harms way, despite the fact that he was presented with all the facts against this. He still rules to do everything except for put the best interest of the child a priority. He had no care for an innocent victim who is unable to defend himself, rather, in confirming with the good ol boy system, this judge chose to place my child in harms way. Horrible and Terrible decision maker.
