He is a biased, discriminative judge. He is against women and against minority. He was very nice to the opposing party (white male) and did what's convenient for the other party. Completely ignored the facts and my testimony. He believed in the drama put out in the court room. Discredited licensed and experienced therapist's testimony regarding the child and acted as a therapist himself. I was taken insincere because I kept my attitude professional, rational, and fact-based.

The other party had a burden to prove but did not, but the Judge ignores the procedure and the steps of consideration.

He is ruining my son's life by sending my son from a great school district to a lowest area to live with a person who wanted to terminate the parental rights before.

If you get this judge, put a drama. That's what he believes.

The worst family judge I have ever seen. He is completely against women. He allowed my ex to introduce whatever evidence he chose to. But I was barely allowed to speak. He talked right over me. He doesn't listen to evidence he was completely wrong in my situation. Time will tell. I pray that he just goes away. He has single handedly ruined my life. He should not be a judge.

Very insightful judge who has an extensive understanding of family law. I spent the last year and a half fighting to maintain custody of my son, and Judge Chase saw right through my narcissistic ex. His main priority is to rule in favor that is in the best interest of the child. My circumstance was very unique, and thanks to Judge Chase I was able to keep full custody of my son. He’s very thorough and conscientious in his rulings.
