This judge ignored blatant perjury in a family court matter. She laughed at my wife when my wife asked why her ex was not being held accountable for lying. My wife's ex has been colluding for years with my ex-husband, who was substantiated by DCPP for sexual abuse & rape of my child. DCPP records from 2019 prove that she met him and was working with him to harm our family. Under oath, her ex, Ms. Angela Carroll, lied and stated that she never met my ex-husband, John Garagozzo. Judge Kramer and the GAL had access to the DCPP records. I understand that judges, for some wild reason, allow perjury in family court. However, this was so egregious that it needed to be addressed and instead was ignored. Had she been held accountable, my wife's ex would not be able to flee the country. Now, she will not be held accountable for sexual abuse of my stepson. This judge should be removed ASAP. I do not know how they replaced a wonderful judge, Harold Johnson, with this horrid shrew.

Judge Kramer is amazing. She is extremely patient, thorough, and understanding. She has an excellent command of the law and it shows.

Ex lied under oath about everything. Told judge it was a lie and never once checked into the lies. Will be back with lawyer to uncover and prove he lied. She is a joke.

Denied ADA accommodations when requested, broke my children's ADA Civil Federal Rights, as my one son is 12 told her he did not want to live with his Dad. I told her I wasn't a resident of Gloucester County she refused to listen, to look at any of my paperwork, then on July 7, 2017 tells me to go ask my family members who are lawyers what I must do. She wasn't quite ready for my answer as my brother is a New Jersey lawyer. However she has no business presidong over our case due to my husband perjured himself as we're both Camden County residents, the first lawyer I called concerning my boys Disability Rights being violated Pete Celano n Kramer Mary Beth conflict of interest as my children and her sisters children.went to same school system.

Excellent and fair judge, not in love with the power that the position confers. Clearly wants to do the right thing without hurting the litigants. Need more of her ilk.
