I have been in front of this judge several times since 2022 and after my last recent hearing, there is no doubt that he is biased and I also find him to be sexist as he validated my ex's implications that I was a whore throughout our entire relationship, and therefore I could not claim we were in a marital like relationship. We have 14 years and six kids together, I've been a stay at home mom, we lived together since 2008 aside from a few months at different times where we lost our apartment.I was seeking palimony because my ex threw me out on the street after shacking up with another woman and wanted to move her in to our home which he succeeded in doing, because of this judge's previous ruling. He let my ex ramble on and on and be disrespectful to the court, my lawyer and myself, and the judge constantly gave him leeway and several warnings, though explaining many times over he was only supposed to get one warning, and if the previous case was dismissed, I may not be seeing my kids in a homeless shelter right now. The judge's reasonings for not finding in my favor were completely out of line and I feel he was unprofessional and using his own personal opinions about what a relationship looks like, not the facts or the law, or that my ex and I presented publicly as husband and wife.

Judge Ostrowski is biased and has no business in family court deciding the fate of children and their families! He ignored all evidence produced at trial, including witness testimony proving that the father was/is verbally, emotionally and physically abusive to both my daughter and granddaughter. There were no consequences for the father who perjured himself on the stand throughout the trial and has put my granddaughter in harms way more times than I can count! I'm not sure how this judge sleeps at night! The system is broken and I'm not sure it can ever be fixed!

I find him to be biased with a lean towards fathers. I watched him give my ex a ton of leeway in court for misbehavior, while scolding me for things I truly didn't know or that were beyond my control, like not knowing when I had court then telling me I should have better communication with my lawyer even though I communicated with my lawyer the date I thought I was supposed to be there and wasn't corrected. I had to prove notices were going to the wrong address, too. He already believes I am presumably lying, yet my ex has contradicted himself several times under oath. He didn't think my testimony regarding a sexual assault restraining order was sincere since I was trying to keep my composure and didn't show "emotion," but he took pity on my ex when he shed a few tears from being flustered. I cried when my ex got a restraining against me a few years ago for putting his clothes outside after he purposely broke my property and the judge didn't care and said he couldn't understand me when I was trying to speak. I found out later my ex had been cheating and that's why he did it, and he's got me in court now over a different woman..He wants me homeless and childless.

This judge is extremely biased and should be removed from family court matters immediately. He has dealt with his own family matters recently and should not be able to rule on other's similar matters due to a clear bias.

~He's very unfair [Redacted] He [Redacted] placed an 8 year old child with a father that has molested her!and called the Women's Center bias for standing up for the mother that was was abused as well from the narcissistic father! He sent the father to the victims home to serve her papers from the courts which in fact lies made up from the father![Redacted] My family is begging for help from the state to totally investigate this case!Which all started with Judge Lopez and she was removed from the case in family court! Please investigate this entire case as to why it is okay for a Dr to check an 8 year old for molestation and The Dr from the Cares Center find that something has happened to the 8 year old but Judge Ostrowski sends her back into the father's home without the cultures even coming back! And refuses to use the Dr's advice and refuses to see the proof that the mother's lawyer presents! And now has given the father(molester) sole custody which wasn't even asked for during the custody hearing! [Redacted] Judge Ostrowski has been totally acting as the father of the child's lawyer instead of a Judge!It's so heart breaking and sickening to watch a 8 year old child to deal with such a sick obsession of a judge acting as a narcissists lawyer! The 8 year old family member has not seen a therapist since she's been with the father!But only when she's with her mother And she needs trauma therapy!Both she and her mother has been getting therapy for a number of years at the Women's Center until Judge Ostrowski stopped them both from going! Please help!Please investigate this case and to see that Judge Ostrowski is the problem!He's being bias! And it seems as though things are getting more worse than better!The 8 year old is talking about stabbing herself and killing her father and Judge Ostrowski knows this!!! DCP&P also knows this but proceeds to make my family liars as part of the cover up!Once again please help!Our next step is to contact the news and NAACP before it's too late!

during an extensive private investigation of a Salem Family Court Trial Hearing that was conducted by Ostrowski that had at least 2 other judges prior involved to what would be a Trial Hearing by surprise.There is evidence that demonstrates according to transcripts that there appears to be conspiracy / collusion. The Trial hearing was conducted with no formal written notification. Further more Judge Ostowski was a "new" judge to the case, but somehow at some point prior to the claimed Trail Hearing there is evidence that the other opposing counsel knew and came prepared for a Trail hearing with information apart from the other litigant. Furthermore Judge Ostrowski denied all of the expert and and other professional witnesses to the matter that may of supported the father litigants case. There was a time period of the case where Ostrowski denied evidence even when CPS letters of finds indicated " harm " to the child by the mother. In reflection of the transcripts Ostrowski made contradictory statements and also did not ackowdgle any issues with the mother as they were openly evident to what she testified to. Perhaps the biggest issues of the injustice committed by the court despite prior court orders by prior judges, prior transcripts, emails from the court staff, Judge Ostrowski's own scheduling, Judge Ostrowski still made a response about the hearing being a "trial hearing".. This is broadly falsifying public records and the question still begs,, How did the other attorney know of a Trial. Judge Ostrowski being bias is an understatement. Out of the numerous Judges we have observed and privately investigated court hearings for litigants this is perhaps one of the worset cases of bias we have seen inflicted towards a litigant in the family court system.
