Judge Lopez was a very bias Judge and I thank God everyday she's gone and I've noticed PRAC is very upset of the hearing of her no longer being a Superior Judge! And now she's being judged!Hopefully she now understands how it feels to be on the other side of the gavel!Justice has been served!I've noticed PRAC has said nothing about her work ethics! Just the fact that she's Hispanic and feels as if she's been dealt an unfair hand!Judge Lopez needs to do what she's taught in all of her unfairness! Deal with the you've been dealt!

I watch 2 hearings back to back in the same day. A single fathers approach the court to get child support taken off since the he claimed the child has not lived with the mom for approx 1 year, the mom never showed up for the hearing. Lopez postponed it in regards " that maybe the mom for whatever reason didn't receive notification and I will get here 1 more chance ". , The single father left and a woman got up next for her hearing in which her ex husband did not show up for the hearing. Instead of Lopez giving the benefit of the doubt she penalized the man and granted over $2,000 in Attorney fees to the mother. Lopez demonstrated bias between the 2 cases that had the same reason. The Salem Family Court date I believe was AM Feb 26, 2019.
