Comments:
This judge was brand new the bench when I was in the middle of a horrific ending to a relationship where I was being severely abused physically. I was also being manipulated by the abuser emotionally and financially. It was a text book case of narcissistic abuse. I had already removed myself from the state to escape the situation. My abuser manipulated the situation by filing restraining orders against me so I would have to travel over a thousand miles to get back to NJ to make it for court five times in a single year. The plaintiff didn't even bother showing up to the firat few court dates he requested via the order, but by law they had to give him a chance to show up. The first judge we had saw through his tactics and manipulation techniques but then he retired. Paganelli came on board at the end and reversed everything for the abuser. He punished me instead, the victim, and the real abuser walked away onto his next victim!
