This judge has not only prevented me from exercising my due process rights and does not care about the best interest of the children. I thought courts were the great levelers in this country where “all men are created equal”
but I am sorry to say courts are overwhelmed and short staffed and there is no justice. It is the wild wild west in family law!

She extremely knowledgeable of the law and procedures. She is very fair and kind. Always prepared and on time, which is not true of all judges. She has great temperament. Truly a pleasure to work in her Courtroom, even when I lose.

This judge has continued to ruin my family, and does not care about the best interest of children. My children are forever scared by the decisions made by this judge and her colleagues. The time I lost with my children is irreplaceable and unjust. I will expose Hudson county for the wrong doing. This judge actually had the nerve to blame my child for being locked out of the home, and pegged her as a troubled child. Can’t say that I didn’t expect fair and balanced judgement from a racist system determined to keep brown people down. It is down right racist to ask a black mother if she was tired of her children, while in court fighting for the rights of her children.

Judge Rich helped us settle a truly difficult case. She was patient and very detailed with the litigants. The clients were asking some inane questions, but she patiently answered each one.

Judge Rich is a credit to the judiciary.
