Judge Mclaughlin is a very good judge. He reads everything, always willing to listen, and is kind to lawyers and litigants. We are lucky to have him back in Mercer civil.

Hon Brian Mclaughin was not fair and one sided to the Client with Attorney. He was not respectful or compromising. He seemed to look like he question his own judgement. He also was on his cell phone in the court room.
