If I could opt for 0 that's what I would've chosen. How can this judge who is in a position to ensure abusers and criminals face the appropriate sentencing, allow an animal abuser (Matthew Wyndinski) to only complete 40 hours of community service, when this POS allowed an animal that he adopted and brought into his home, with the meer intent of starving the poor dog to death! There is video of this man's callous acts and how he even places a bowl near the dying dog as a tease, while the dog is practically on his last leg of life. Anyone that can watch such proof and allow this monster to remain free to possibly do this to another victim is disgusting, dispicable and should not be allowed to sit on any animal abuse cases. The cases should be heard by a compassionate judge that is not afraid to put these sick bastards where they belong. I see no reason why this case received such a lenient and lame sentence.

I rate this judge a 1. How can you let the guy who starved a dog to death and videoed it out. Probation and a fine is not enough. Furthermore this person should not be allowed an animal ever not just for 3 years. Some crimes do not need a lighter punishment for a first offense. I am appalled that this guy only got what he did. He starved a living creature to death and videoed it. Did he even get a psych evaluation? Has he been investigated for any other abuse animal or human? Why do I even have to point out how wrong all of this is?

He makes orders and when the person violates the orders, he does nothing. He doesn't look at the evidence presented in Family Law Cases. He is very bias and not up to date on modern statistics for the Family Law field he is in. Definitely going to complain on him soon.

Terrible judge for a trial, barely even looked at my evidence to support my claims in a civil matter. The other party deliberately abandoned the child but he still decided to award the other party joint legal custody. Terrible experience, terrible judge.
