Judge Marshall is truly impressive. You can tell she reads everything and that she really puts a lot of time and thought into her opinions. Her temperament is excellent, yet she does not tolerate nonsense. I cannot say enough about her.

Filed a motion ex husband never replied so motion was unopposed and she still denied me.and thats because the judges are all corrupt and are hand picked by politicians who received large sums of contributions from them. Most of them cant get a decent legal practice and they are losers who buy their jobs and are owing to politicians. So if your ex is an attorney or has substantial money you are screwed. All these judges are whores

Just another politcally appointed judge who either gave money to a political candidate and got her job. Thats the pathetic thing about these judges. They actually payed to get their jobs. Bet alot of you dont realize that. These judges were not put there for their integrity and experience.absolutely the opposite they are lawyers who are conndcted politically and are awarded for their political financial contributions. So how could any citozen expect honesty fro.m any of them some politician has them in gheir pockets. Reform the court system and have these judges be reputable knowledgeable ETHICAL Judges not political hacks who are obsessed with power

really snappy. sometimes its funny to watch but in general she means well. She can get Plaintiff/Defendant confused so make sure you reference the name with their position, ie: Plaintiff Rob...Defendant Janet...etc. I threw her for a loop when I corrected my position. ---I am not the litigious one! *oh......hmmmmmmm....I must rethink this whole thing....so your arent the crazy one*.... and oddly, I think the whole case made more sense after I made that correction. I think. still before her. we shall see. Just focus on facts. seriously, cut through the cloud. understand abusers and gaslighting and it will all be transparent. the truth is short afterall. rambling is deflection of facts. always be weary of ramblers. truth prevails

I was in her court on Sept 30th, 2018. I was the last person she saw. She is very patient, calm, good listener. She is beautiful and after looking into her eyes, I see she is very honorable and faithful person.

Even though she didn’t grant me restraining but my wife she went in court on Oct 2nd, lied in the court and got restraining orders against me. It shows me there is no place of truth in this court system. Justice is blind.
