Judge Butehorn is a sadistic who violates litigants due process civil rights. Butehorn disregards the rules of court and punishes litigants with orders to compel when discovery is not past due. he disreards the corona virus order by Justice Rabiner and shortens discovery when litigants cant meet with their lawyers. Butehorn is totally prejudice and just does not wear a hood. judges butehorn is like a gestapo chief. defendants are punished without due process and are tortured until they confess.
