a clown in a gown . This fool doesn't know that in order to allow a prosecution to go forward there has to be evidence to, support the charge. Hard to understand how this bumbling hump is on, any bench that doesn't include a pair of,schacles attached to it.

Noah Franzblau does not deserve the name Judge in front of his name. We will be filing a Judicial Complaint against this man who showed so much bias in favor of the defendant that our attorney said in 26 years he has never seen anything like this. I think we should all collectively and at the same time file a complaint again this man. He has no business being a Judge and is an embarassment to the law....[redacted] This was regarding a civil case. He is a disgrace!

So, if anyone is delusional enough to think that family court has family first I’ll tell you a story. This judge ordered our shore house which was to be my home in settlement on his own. No one motioned for it. A motion was made for a $50,000 litigation fund. He ordered 1.2 million dollar home which now is worth 1.6.to be sold for legal fees. So when he did that plaintiff and children had to rent a home b/c defendant had refused to move out of family home and that’s where they planned to go. So now we pay rent and kids go to a $68,000 /yr school because there was no money. There was a $15,000/month litigation fund built into to orders. It was ordered. . So now we pay rebnt, own zero and will end up paying 1.1 million dollars for subpar high school education. The shore house fund has been eaten away buy defendants lawyer, but we can afford the school. Screw you Franzblau and family court. Money making fucking joke. That’s what happens when Christi another liar just appoints people who don’t give a shit. . I’m sure he wishes I would quit but that’s not gonna happen. EVER. Douche

Judge Noah Franzblau is a horrendous judge and person doesnt know his ass from his elbow when comes to anything to do with a court room and twisted my words in court. In all sincerity he is not a good fit for this role and genuinely made the wrong decision in my court hearing. terrible judge, rude courtroom demeanor. In hopes Noah Franzblau sees this, you are a dog shit judge and should leave the bench immediately!!!!

So who in the state of NJ is going to be culpable for the $100,000 of thousands my kids lost b/c of shit judge who was kicked out and complete discard for orders and judges motions. Where we lost a home. Where defendant has been allowed to break orders and not pay for his children for over 6 months. I’m sorry nj family court. Fuck you.

Background - Intellectual Property Law. Said two confirmed cases of child abuse is just the minor's father modifying his behavior. Victim of DV, being told the past is the past. Meanwhile, the JBWS advocates sit in his courtroom and have an office upstairs. Perhaps he should speak with them about the effects of child abuse and DV. Someone should do something about this monster. My ex-wife is a prostitute who is in and out of detoxes and rehabs. She is a narcotics addict and a severe alcoholic. Franzblau didn’t care. Before we went into his courtroom my ex tried to bribe my two oldest children not to testify. They did in my favor. I made him aware of the attempted bribery and he did nothing to my ex. No sanction at all. He totally ignored this problem. My ex is on the revoked list because of her driving record and can’t afford insurance. She is accident prone. If my children get hurt there is no insurance. He is a political appointee who is a hack and a disgrace. He helped to destroy my family and endanger my children. A SCUMBAG!!!

My kids would be at their shore house but again their home from a $64,000 year boarding school in a shit rental because of you. Super nice you ordered a 1.2 million dollar home sold for an asking of a $50,000 litigation fund. Especially when defendant earns $1.7 million. Allowed a show of cause for listing price. Actually gave gave power of attorney to a narcissist for that. I Hope I had EVERYTHING to do with you being removed from family court. ,Hopefully I’ll have you removed from more you piece of garbage. My kids lives (because you gave a guy a guess you wish you were and dealt under the table with fat boy) their home and then ordered shore home sold have been unbelievably damaged. Your scum. Just want to give a big shout out to the worst judge ever. My children from the bottom of their hearts want to thank you for ordering their home for sale even though there was a litigation fund. Like a $15,000/month one. You ordered a sale of a home out of your own pettiness and jealousy. Now it’s a pandemic and thanks to you their stuck in a shitty rental instead of at the beach. You must be sooo proud of yourself as a “lake” member. You get to people who in the real world wouldn’t look at you twice. Must suck to know they sit around doing “nothing” and collecting your salary x 2. Everyday my family thanks you. Your gross negligence is beyond belief. Your literally a horror to family court.

Just so we are all perfectly clear on how judicial advisory board works. Judge orders second home to be sold even though denied twice. This for $50,000 litigation fund even though there is a $15,000/month litigation fund order in place. This gives attorneys after sale a net of $600,000 which is to be placed in attorney escrow. Not my account to take care of my kids or help them deal with divorce or have a pleasant summer. No, to be used to rack up more legal fees. More than the $250,000 I’ve already paid to get me no where. Advisory board determines this is ok. Money grows on trees apparently in jersey. Probably because Virginia long is of council for defendants councils firm and Virginia longs husband is a partner of that firm. Here’s a thought New Jersey. Maybe you should all step down and we’ll start from scratch with a bunch of people who want to help families. Not make billions off of them.

Gives a narcissist power of attorney, allows them to ruin children’s lives. States family left willingly even though narcissist lived in other home for 6 months and when allowed back ordered to give 6 hours notice before entering home. Enough already. Family court is about anything but the family. A Bunch of wannabes screwing those who would never show them the time of day. Franzblau is and always will be scum and the judicial advisory board who allows ALL of this to go on while family court lawyers make millions is a disgrace. When one reads the judges history it’s time after time they have not followed the law or held their oath yet they are never held accountable. You can’t sue them. You can’t recoup your losses. Yet ruin thousands of lives. If doctors, social workers , nurses, police, any other profession behaved in this manner would never be tolerated. Enough already. Someone needs to make them accountable. This is beyond belief.

Franzblau pretends he’s a sticker for going by the book but really is just trying to clear his docket and allow the louder better paid lawyer to rule. He does not read anything. You will get to court and he will literally state the wrong reason for your appearance. He does not try to get people together and resolve issues. He actually goes out of his way to throw a grenade in proceedings. His clerk states he will do nothing without a motion. So to get your court ordered reimbursements you will have to pay the same amount to your lawyer for motion and then appearance. Since he isn’t always able to clear his docket of you b/c of the law ( as he knows it will lose in appeal) he will punish you and your children and make you sell your home even though he denied thru motions 3 other times. Although there’s millions he will make sure only one person has a litigation fund. The one with the $650/hr lawyer so they can keep lying and bulldozing thru the system while breaking every order written. Christy appointed him to the person who asked. Never did a day of family court before. Does not care about families. Does not care about facts. Has no interest in resolution Does not care about much but keeping the money tree watered.

My niece is in danger because of Judge Franzblaau. She is currently in the custody of her mother who is a long time opiod addict. Previously, a custody decision was made by Judge Wright who researched, and through his care and concern, concluded that my niece's father was the better care giver. With the help of his parents with whom he and his daughter resided, she thrived. Unfortunately a seizure disorder took his life prematurely. Knowing my niece's welfare was at risk, my niece's grandparents petitioned the court to obtain temporary custody. In his capacity as Sussex County Family Court Judge, Noah Franzblau would not spend the time, and even stated in court he cared not what was decided by Judge Wright, gave custody to the incompetent mother. Being informed of the history behind my niece's welfare, Judge Franzblau refused to order a drug test, knowing that the mother had addiction issues. Judge Franzblau's laziness and lack of ethical reasoning in deciding the fate of my niece has placed her in a dangerous neglectful environment out of state. When petitioning the court to at least gain visitation rights for their granddaughter, Judge Franzblau refused to hear the case stating my niece was no longer a resident of the state of New Jersey. She was not a resident of New Jersey because HE placed her in harm's way out of state.
Not only should this man be disbarred but he should be liable for any criminal activity my niece is subjected to based on his decision.

Still gets worse. Guy does not even read motions. Get to court. Has no idea why emergent case Is issued. Rules on motion for listing price of house. States house not listed. House listed. Your making plaintiff sell house b/c they asked for $50,000 litigation fund. U order 1.2 million home to be sold while husband makes 1.7 million year and has 4 million premarital. Ok. Worst judge ever. Has allowed husband to stay in 7500 sq ft home while wife and kids move into 2,000 in different town even though school age. Then gives him some occupancy. Wife pays rent while husband makes 1.7 million./yr. now tells family to sell shore house. Which was previously denied by preceding judge. Says family moved willingly. Seriously. No we didn’t. They liked their home. Judge has now allowed children to lose both their homes. Husband has kept litigation going and going to tune of $200,000 so far. Husband has 2 million non marital plus control of 2 million of kids assets. Seriously. Get off the bench. . We get it. U don’t make that. But he does and his wife and kids deserve it. Orders broken. Pendente lite always late. Never reimburses. Court system is a joke and as a judge , worst ever. Great way to help a family lose everything.
