Civil Litigation - Private

Rating:2.8
Comments:
Very poor presiding judge. Way over his head. Cannot manage the Family Division. Has preconceived notions and shows partiality. Very curt to litigants in oral argument. Overall a very disappointing judge to have in our vicinage.

Who gave this judge this job?
He does not understand his job.
He can't do the job.
He hates his job.
So he takes it out on innocent people who are there to seek justice. And what do they get? Gross injustice.
I feel a lot of his cases will have to be reviewed. Who in NJ is responsible for removing rogue judges? Anyone?

This judge does not deserve the title. As others have written, he relishes his ability to ruin other peoples' lives, a reflection of the pathetic mind that inhabits his body -- a Napoleon complex. Wilson personifies [Redacted by Ed.] he is unfamiliar with the facts of the case; patently biased in his proceedings and rulings; lacks a judicial temperament. [Redacted by Ed.] This site should not attempt to protect judges like Wilson. He is unfit for the role.

Criminal Defense Lawyer

Comments:
This little pipsqueak of a man loves being a judge in corrupt New Jersey. This wee lazy man relishes his position of power and abuses it to the best of his ability. He proudly announces his refusal in doing the work required in order to be even slightly informed of his cases - for the sheer joy of taunting the powerless victims in his courtroom. He is a perfect fit for the corrupt courtrooms of New Jersey , and he is in like company.

Whoever took down my truthful post is a coward. The video surveillance would of backed me up of what went on that day. 1st and foremost the plaintiff asked for a reschedule why should my wife lose a days pay for that? 2nd my wife works the 1st shift same as post office why so many certified letters for her to lose more money from work. 1 certified letter should of been efficient. Let alone the judge let the plaintiff( hog the stage) The truth is a 61 year old woman was forced to do extra walking (certified letters) among other letters and extra excessive walking in the courtroom this is a woman that needs not 1 but 2 artificial knees. Not to mention that the plaintiff, judge ,and mediator all knew each other even before she walked in the court room. A 61 year old woman that needs 2 artificial knees had to endure to carry that HEAVY CROSS.
