Good news, this clown is retiring soon.

He said just enough to let me know he glanced at my motion, but he obviously didn't read it. Wasted time bloating about how he was a child of divorce. Hey dickcheese, so was I. Think I was in your courtroom for fun?

Between my hearing and another one I witnessed, it's pretty clear he considers divorced parents who end up in his courtroom to be worthless. The bench is going to be much better off without him.

Family judge who seems not to have read or prepared thoroughly for case. Jumps to conclusions and likes to talk more about himself than listen to the parties. Doesn't seem to inclined to think what is best for the children. Demonstrates that he isn't very good mathematically, so understanding money and equity is not his thing. Has poor judgement about people. Seems to identify with sociopathic lying father. Not the right Judge for working Mom raising children.

Went through Divorce Trial and Motion Hearing under Judge Bury chamber. Judge had no clue about Domestic Violence pattern. Judge did not listen to your statements or even read your document proofs. Judge made decision bias and based on his prior assumption. Do not accept this judge for your case. Judge is cruel and not enough knowledge in Domestic Violence cases or regular family court custody cases. Beware.
