Judge JAMES WILSON is a horrible Judge. His very unfair I don't know Why they honored him to preside over family court. This judge did all he could to protect a black father who neglected a child. Judge Wilson is an AWFUL Judge. He is not qualified to be a judge for family court.

Horrible, horrible Judge. It really amazes me how someone could have so much power and education and still be an idiot at the end of the day. I don't know if he [Redacted by Ed.] is still presiding over family court, and child support issues in Union County but LET'S HOPE NOT! I recall in 2013 attending a court hearing where my daughters father and his mother openly admitted that he uses drugs and was not going to stop. This fool JUDGE JAMES P. WILSON granted my daughters father unsupervised visitation as well as joint legal custody all while denying my child support claim. Not only that he had a "I'm not putting a BLACK man on child support" disposition. Fast forward to 2015 my daughters father was shot with my daughter in his care because this idiot deemed it safe to place my child in his care. As of December 2019 my child's father had finally been placed on child support and is 4100 dollars in arrears and hasn't paid one red cent since February of 2020 which goes to show that I was correct all along and my daughters father is not financially responsible when it comes to providing for my child or responsible at all and you have an UNCLE TOM such as this sucker JUDGE WILSON degrading BLACK women while sitting on a "BENCH" and uplifting the SCUM of the earth. If this Judge is presiding over your case good luck it will take years to undo the damage and danger that his ruling will place your family in. He is one of the very reasons that the relationship between the black woman and black man is the way that it is today. Not to mention the emotional damage that he is inflicting on the children in the process.
