Judge Joseph R. Rosa is arrogant
positively has some arrangement with the firm of Pressler & Perssler. Attorney Tom Brogan use this court as his office, Judge always is in favor for Pressler's. Judge did not gave me a chance to open my mouth and push me to settle this case with Lawyer. Judge Rosa must resign and must be removed from office, from peoples court . He is rude and Nasty for people who represent themselves

No one will mistake this hack for Oliver Wendell Holmes. He is abrasive, nasty, and contemptuous of those appearing before him.

How is this man allowed to remain on the bench? He is nasty and very rude. Violates the rights of Pro se litigants. Will not look at evidence or let you have a say. He's a hot-head and does nothing but yell at people and insult them. His courtroom is a circus.

he is bad news, he shuld not be a judge. he act strange in court he dont respect people and will never give you due process
of law ,or fair hearings[ if you are pro-se litigant]. he is the enemy of the people the man is not intersted in justice or truth he act like he is god in court go and observe him in court yourself and you will see what i am saying. WIN OR LOSE NJ PEOPLE DESERVE A JUDGE THAT MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE YOU GOT A FAIR HEARING [EVEN IF YOU LOST THE CASE]

Comments:
It seems that Judge Rosa has some "arrangement" with the firm of Pressler & Perssler and specifically attorney Thomas Brogan of that firm. Almost always rules in Pressler's favor and seems to award attorney's fees in the aggregate of over $2000.00 per hour (where can I get paid like that?). In addition I have seen Judge Rosa constantly and consistently violate Pro-Se litigant's rights. Judge Rosa need to resign "in the interest of justice" or be removed from office.
