Civil Litigation - Private

Rating:1.8
Comments:
Judge Slomienski is not a bright man. He shoots from the hip and makes no effort to understand the case (perhaps because he is unable to). He pressured me to settle my case by implying he was going to give me bad pre-trial rulings -- doing me a "favor" by giving me a "heads up"-- and subsequently basically admitted he was bluffing. He is a train wreck.
