If he likes you, you are good. If not, you're in huge trouble. He ignores clear and convincing evidence if it doesn't fit HIS narrative. And it shouldn't be HIS narrative. He is supposed to be an impartial seeker of truth. But he doesn't care about the truth. Truth matters nothing to him. He abuses his privilege and has been punished for it. But still does it. I had to appeal, and I got him overturned. Beware.

Judge Wilson personifies the white privileged, arrogant, racist and cruel treatment of non-whites that still prevails in this country’s court rooms. He ignores truths and facts he himself uncovers [redacted by Ed.] He issues bench warrants himself [redacted] He demonstrates not even the pretense of civility or fairness, let alone a modicum of justice. [Redacted].

A lawyer once remarked in his open court- I have worked with him before, I know him and he will rule in my client’s favor. He did exactly that. Has no morals, scruples or decency. Legally, being a state employee, that too a judge, he is able to commit his cruelty and terror with zero accountability.

If there is a God or even Karma, I pray this man lives well beyond a hundred years in good health with an acute mind to fully receive the divine justice and the deepest awakening of his soul, all in due proportions to his cruelty and abuses in office.

PLEASE HELP ME GET MY HANDICCAPPED DAUGHTER BACK. Docket No.FM-10-255-16. Remember my ex husband asked for sole custody of my severely handicapped 16 daughter. She still wears diapers. She threw me out of our house. Please judge, I adopted and cared for her for 15 yrs!! She needs me, she s afraid of him. I want sole custody. He has Temper and fired from last job..but he started a business. what can I do to get her back? I am living in Ecuador...the kids..I also have adopted a son. we were happy here, I took them to see the father everyb year....Felipe Botero has serious issues...reason why our marriage was dissolved...you are a busy man. For the love of God help me. He also threw a knife at me when he threw me out of the house. its in the po!ice report.

Judge Wilson in my opinion humiliates, blames, and shames, survivors of sex abuse cases, in his Courtroom. At the same time, Judge Wilson in my opinion defends the accused sexual predators, their instituions, with impunity. Creates a decorum in the Courtroom that is not somber or non foolish, instead future sexual abuse survivors will not come forward if they knew how they will be treated by this Jurist. This Judge has created a situation that it is open season of the survivors of sex abuse and sexual predators are emboldened to commit future inappropriate acts in schools. It shreds the public confidence of victims where the only place they can go is Court for justice and all they get is humilated, retraumatized, and not be afforded with the decency of a fair trial. These are only my opinions, I could be wrong but it is what I believe to be true, I am sure others could point out why my opinions do not measure up with their version of the truth. In fairness to Judge Wilson.
It is a poor commentary that the doors of Justice are not open to the neediest and most vulnerable among us, it is place fore wealthy and the well connected. Need Judicial Reform I have contacted State Representatives for Judicial Reform on these cases.

The lack of evenhandedness in civil litigation deprives litigants a right to a full and fair hearing. The lack of temperament directed at litigants is troubling and results in the lack of public confidence in members of the judiciary.

Hon. Wilson is a real stickler for the rules of evidence and even handedness. If you make any representation regarding the rules or the law, you better have the rule handy, because he knows them well and has little tolerance for misrepresentations.

Having participated in several hundred proceeding before state and federal judges throughout the country, I would say that Judge Wilson is an excellent jurist. A true example of what a judge should be.

Judge Wilson is a breath of fresh air in a courthouse packed with judges who are biased, arbitrary and uncaring. He is intelligent, interested, calm, evenhanded, fair and he puts litigants and their attorneys at ease. It is a pleasure to be before him. I wish he were a personal injury judge most of the time. The family law division also desperately needs a judge like Judge Wilson.
