I went before Judge Famular regarding interference with my parenting time on a couple of occasions. On both occasions, my ex was a no-show until she was notified that a bench warrant would be issued for her arrest. When she arrived, she told the judge that she had car problems. Then she turned around and said that she couldn't meet at the place of exchange, which was approximately two miles from her, because she didn't have transportation, and the judged simply told her to let me see my daughter and we were on our way. I lost almost six days of pay, she was a no-show and caught in lies, and the judge did nothing! There goes justice! So, before you refer to someone as a "deadbeat," find out the facts.

While she can be fair..... do not have your hearing close to 4pm on Friday. She was more interested in the clock than her job.

I read somewhere that she had it in for males. Wrong, she was awesome. She did the right thing and I thank God for her. Very fair.
