Comments:
This judge made me realize why the judicial system of America is so flawed. He was not objective and didnot even hide his bias at all in his ruling. He expressed his own personal opinion several times during the hearing. He took it upon himself to punish me for having taken a job out of the country and rewarding my ex-husband in terms of the child support payment by denying me the second child deduction. The fact is, I have 2 children and I am supposed to get the other child deduction as per the Child Support Guidelines. If you know that this judge will be presiding over your case, make sure you get a male lawyer to defend you. And to think that my tax dollars are going to pay people like him. Sad.
