What others have said about Hon. John C. Kennedy

Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: NJ367
Judge Kennedy is a pleasure to appear before. I had a two week jury trial before him and he handled every issue quickly and efficiently. It is clear that he has studied the legal questions and factual issues prior to rendering a legal decision. Trial related issues were decided quickly.

Comment #: NJ199
I appealed a traffic charge to Judge Kennedy from a crooked judge in Bloomfield named Connolly. Judge Connolly didn't allow me to cross-examine any witnesses, didn't allow me to make any motions at any time, forced me to give testimony when I said I wanted to remain silent and didn't ask if I wanted counsel. Judge Kennedy reluctantly found in my favor, but remanded it back for a new trial to this incompetent, mean, vicious liar of a judge even though the law requires a pure dismissal in the case of failure to ask a pro se if he desires counsel. (When I appealed the remand, he suddenly couldn't find the transcript and my case "went away.")
