Opinions are nonsensical. Yielded to pressure brought by government litigants.

Positively sure his tenure of Judge Lombardi will be terminated by the next governor and surely it will affect his reputations to get nothing from his profession as a lawyer. Serves him right because he is showing his true color of his weakness as a judge. How did he became a judge, is it like he is a proteegee of some politicians? Shame on this judge who is blind to the true presented documented evidences of the c crimes of David Atkind of the Atkind Realty of Rutherford NJ.

For what reason of Judge S. P. Lombardi to quit so abruptly from presiding the ESX-04210-10 Carino versus David Atkind? How can I send him my complaint against him if he is no longer visible in the Vicinage 5 of the Superior court of Essex County? Is Jdge. Lombardi has something to do with David Atkind why he refused to continue the work of the retired Judge Eugene Cody? It is known judges at 70 years old as this judge is, can still able to continue as in other situations of judges, then why is Lombardi wants to hide himself from the truth?

Civil Litigation - Private

Rating:3.8
Comments:
Does not listen to oral argument; quick to issue unsupportable conclusions. Too bad he is tenured. Oral opinions from the bench fly all over the lot.
