Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: NJ405
Rating:1.5
Comments:
Rude. Obnoxious. Has a chip on his shoulder. Always looking to be "insulted" and then gets rude and argumentative. Overall very poor demeanor.

Granted summary judgment even though material facts in dispute. Overruled by the Appellate Division. On remand, he violated judicial ethics rules by actively helping a party losing the appeal with "tips" how to win on remand.

Not worthy of any respect. Very questionable ethics and integrity. Gives Hudson County a bad name.

Local bar is just counting down the days until he retires and is no longer in a position to abuse his power. His retirement date will not come soon enough for those who have to suffer appearing in front of him.

Thinks he's Arthur Blake but does not come close. As arrogant as he is intelligent.
