Criminal Defense Lawyer

Comments:
This Judge does not care about illegal foreclosures. The law firm for the Bank produced a fraudulent assignment. The foreclosure was dated in 2010. The assignment was dated in 2011 and it was assigned from a Trust that did not exist to the foreclosing entity. Two intervening assignments were missing. A certification from an expert was provided as well as an Affidavit from a forensics auditor, but the Judge did not care. He did not even read the new evidence obtained through that audit and stated in his order that he did. It is a criminal charge in NJ to record a fraudulent documents. This Judge does not care. We appealed to stop the foreclosure sale based on new evidence, that was denied, we also appealed emergent to the Supreme Court and that was denied. NJ is now number one in the Country for foreclosures as our Judicial and our Attorney General - all supported and some chosen by our current Governor Christie are doing nothing. In NY Judges are dismissing illegal foreclosures, discharging mortgages and sanctioning attorneys. These same attorneys come to NJ with their fraudulent documents and get away with it. All we need is one Judge with the desire to do the right thing, put politics aside and this will change. But if they are all political appointments, it this possible?

Unable to handle complex legal matters. Make decisions without reading briefs and certifications. A very bad judge for litigants.
