Litigant

Comment #: NJ4775
Rating:1.0
Comments:
She's dirty, dishonest, and corrupt as can be. Member of the old boy's network. Needs to be removed and jailed for crimes committed in her court. She penciled out assigned judge so she could preside and protect her previous corrupt rulings from review. Part of NJ system that needs immediate overhaul.

Litigant

Comment #: NJ3443
Rating:3.0
Comments:
Appeared to be pro-plaintiff in and her office appeared disorganized. Her office did not notify the defendant of the trial date, which defendant's attorney had to find out from a plaintiff's letter. She added to the order payments by the defendant not asked for by the plaintiff. She or her office allowed the plaintiff to appear by phone without notifying the defendant of this, precluding the opportunity of the defendant to save attorney expenses by doing the same.
