Fairest judge ever. Sees things as is. Does not immediately condemn defendant just because he/she is the defendant. This is a JUST JUDGE. Don't see many of them in court any more. GOD BLESS JUDGE DEVESA! He was 100 times better than our defense lawyer. Our court system needs more of these judges. Judge DeVesa is the real thing. He is a JUDGE; others judges just think they are "almighty". They believe their job is to work with the prosecution and put everyone away who comes before them. They don't really look at the issues and what is going on. They give high bails or sentence them harshly no matter what the circumstances are. They just throw lives away. Judge DeVesa gives people a chance. God bless him. He is what a true judge should be.
