This man has no scholarship ability.

Comments:
This judge is a disgrace, and his ruling in the Sammy case is a slap in the wrist. The judge felt the animal abusers had suffered enough in isolation and public opinion, ridiculous! And the fact Mr. Morgan is deemed unfit for jail is a joke - the lesson here is get fat, stay fat, commit a hideous crime, get excused because you're fat! This judge is what is wrong with the legal system in NJ!

Judge Hyland has no heart or soul. He has never known the unconditional love of a dog. His decision is a disgrace and shows a lack of humanity!
