Litigant

Rating:Not Rated
Comments:
(1) Judge Diane Pincus sentenced me for a petty disorderly persons offense to 264 days in jail and a year probation. I appealed in pro se. The unpublished two-judge Appellate Division panel decision remanded for resentencing. Judge Pincus resentenced me to the same sentence. I appealed. The Appellate Division affirmed the decision on the grounds of a court rule prohibiting judges from allowing relitigation on the same issue. Judge Pincus should be sent back to the Divorce courts, where spectators can be discouraged or barred from watching her rule on cases!! Judge Pincus gives good grounds to demand a trial by jury in all cases, as originally required by the Magna Carta and the 6th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, 7th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution!! "Courts ought not be a private preserve for the affluent." Meltzer v. C. Buck LeCraw & Co., dissenting opinion from denial of certiorari written by either Justice Douglas or Justice Black, circa 1961.

Lousy. She does not possess necessary sense of jurisprudence to be an impartial judge. Her comments on cases that are before her indicate a biasis against defendants.
