Ignores laws. Ignores Appellate Orders. Completely rogue. Has a very conspicuous bias against males in family court. I hope Rabner does not transfer him to family again.

i go in front of jugde english on friday the 17th ive been fighting for my daughter now for over 2 yrs and from what i heard he is the fairest judge in new jersey that makes me feel really good about friday

He should stick to criminal matters, he is a cruel and lacks any balance in his approach. He treats fathers like criminals. His opinion was completely off the mark, he said the mother was more credible and 2 weeks later the mom was indicted and convicted of a felony for fraud. In his ruling he said he would hear the matter if the mother was convicted, but then refused. He is a coward.

Judge English, is a cruel man, he fails to see the big picture and holds his own values over that of the law and the good of the individuals brought before him. He deviates from the rules and case law whenever it meets his purpose. Worst judge in the County.

He should be held accountable for his actions. He removed sole and legal custody from an amazing father and handed it over to a mentally ill mother. It should always be shared parenting unless there is PROVEN abuse. There was none here, no physical or emotional abuse by the father. This ruling was a tragedy that negatively affected children. Shame on you "Hon." Richard English..SHAME ON YOU. I watched the entire trial and there was no basis for you to steal sole and legal custody away from their father.
You have ruined childrens' lives and destroyed a father/child relationship.

He stole custody away from an active, amazing father and granted it to a mentally ill mother that has committed a crime and is a complete con-artist. He did not have any basis to remove custody from their father except that the mother was wanted them for additional child support. He used evidence that he said would not be allowed in the proceedings, therefore, not giving the Plaintiff the ability to defend the alligations. Hon. English is not honorable at all and I am sure God will handle him when the time comes. He has ruined childrens' lives.
