My experience is the same as all the others on here... This guy is an ill-tempered, illogical, imbecile. That's about as succinct as I can be...

He's doing arbitration/mediations now, but he's still the same. He works out of an office with all the charm of a third world bus depot.

This judge held a young mother in contempt without trial and sent her to jail for not putting a telephone in her daughter's room quickly enough. This was a questionable ruling later overturned by the Appellate Court of NJ, but not before irreparable damage was done to the relationship between mother and daughter. I was once called as a juror to his courtroom and advised him that I had written ethics complaints against him in this matter for which he was reprimanded. He began to yell at me that "I was not reprimanded" and told me to leave the courtroom.

This guy is just a known joke. Made a lot of money for Drazin and Warshaw, then up and left. The devil is always in the details of course - but never made partner. Usually regarded as an idiot who flips a coin. Scrolling down, it appears my observations are consistent. I don't have 43 years, but it only takes 43 seconds to know this guy is an airhead.

This guy is one of the worst. He was an ambulance chaser as an attorney. Never even made partner in his firm. Scraping out a living. One of the most bizarre judges in Monmouth County history. Probably one of the reasons that we should elect judges.

I agree with the comment by NJ #33, and add that I have been a practicing attorney for 43 years.

I've been involved with litigation for over twenty years and he is easily one of the worst judges before whom I have appeared.
