He turns a blind eye to DYFS fabricated records, hearings without testimony, evidence, cross-examination or discovery, DYFS knowingly withholding exculpatory evidence, abuse victims, and children running away to free themselves from suffocating in the DYFS system. He'll patiently awaits creeps like Flynn who turn a blind eye to women and children and participate in a system that punishes, instead of helps, them.
