I have been before this judge several times in a nasty custody case between my ex and I. This judge is unfair and biased. He doesn't listen to both sides and should really change his demeanor behind the bench. Secondly, I'd like to mention that his very heavy accent is a hindrance - very difficult to understand in my opinion. Last but not least, I don't seem to understand why he refuses to speak with children in custody cases given that he would get better insight directly from them. This judge makes the Justice System look bad and its very demoralizing.
