The defendant admitted that after the accident we backed up about 2-3 yards from the spot where the accident happened and were waiting for the police near 316 Suydam St.]

The defendant admitted that my car was in front and hers parked behind mine after the accident while we waited for the police. She also admitted I have not passed her after the accident happened in order to be in front of her. This means our order represents the positions we were in when the accident occurred and is consistent with my version of how the accident happened in contrast to the defendants’ story where her car was in front and mine slightly behind when our cars collided.
But judge Coleman is biased. He found me not credible because I speak with an accent. Doesn't matter, I have a Master's Degree in Ed with 3,69 CPA. Speaking Ukrainian and Russian, teaching Spanish and German. Residing in Montgomery , Somerset County for 18 years, all together in NJ for 28 years. Widdow. Have 3 children, adults. The older daughter is an attorney, working in JP Morgan Chase, the younger one is autistic. I put tonnes of time in her: she is a champion SONJ in Swimming, Basketball, Volleyball, Tennis, Golf, and Bowling. Many Good Doctors, Teachers, and Couches can give a characteristic to me as a citizen, as Mother, as a Neighbor. 28 years in this country. Is Judge E.Coleman credible? No. We, Will, sign the petition for him to retire(actually, he is retired, but we paying him our tax money. It has to stop!

Judge Coleman is bias. I was the plaintiff in a small accident case. The defendant admitted to having an accident in the place indicated, but the judge is arrogant, he assume I hit the defendant and flew over her car and was standing in front of the defendant's car. Not listening, no respect, bias. Maybe, is this time to retire?

In a civil matter, he told me on record that he didn't even know the law on executor's commission. Such a simple thing to know, yet he was clueless and is a judge. A judge that doesn't know the law is scary.
