I must disagree as to the 5/13/2010 rating of this Judge. Obviously some of the persons who gave this Judge a bad rating must have received decisions that they thought to be unfair.

I have agreed and disagreed with this Judge's decisions, however,I know that he puts a lot of hard work into his decisions and is unbiased.

The talk about demotion is completely untrue. This Judge is one who has a great conscience and tries to arrive at the correct decision. He is one of the most honest people out there. He has the highest levels of integrity and really cares about his work. If everybody were as honest, honorable and hard working as he is, the world would be a better place. I say this without any reservations.

It is true that Family Court can bring many emotions and the judicial decisions strike at the heart of people's lives. This is evident by the previous poor ratings about this Judge. However, the person(s) who rated this Judge poorly do not appreciate that this Judge takes his job most seriously and strives to provide a well-reasoned fair decision based on the evidence before him.

He does indeed read all papers and has deep respect to all litigants and attorneys who appear before him. Even though one may not agree with a decision issued by this Judge, one can be assured that he tried his best to make sure his decision was correct.

this judge has no ethics about him. He is nothing more than an inbred booger eating moron who needs to be put in a cage with all the other criminals.His rulings are unethical,inconsistent,bias.predujicial and he has a severe problem with being impartial.He shows favortism in his rulings no matter how many lies are told.He is incapable of reading the entire documents provided to him for a ruling and has a severe problem with trying to play god and feeling he's perfect. I would like to see him try to walk on water being he's so perfect to see how far he gets.He is a coward who hides behind the robe who wouldn't know the truth if it bit him.This judge was demoted based on some of his unethical rulings and should be removed from the bench.But we all know that won't happen because the whole legal system is corrupt greedy and out of control and no one in the system has the guts or courage to change it.The system and this judge hasn't figured it out that you can't lie your way out of something you worked to create.If this judge had any morals or ethics about him he would step down for failuer to live up to his title and apply the laws as they are written not as he sees fit or make them up as he goes.He is the worst judge in somerset county. He could serve the people of this state and somerset county as a parking attendant.This judge needs to be removed from the bench as soon as possible.

This judge needs to be removed from the bench as soon as possible for the good of all parties involved. He needs to be made a janitor. He is a coward who hides behind the robe who tries to play god and thinks he is perfect.He does not understand what the word honorable means and no one should have to refer to him as such. Because the system is corrupt the way it is it's no wonder how he made it to the bench.He has no ethics about him and has no problem ruing your life. If he wants to serve the community in it's best interest he would best do it by stepping down.Would like nothing more than to see him as a janitor but even that job is to good for him.The worst judge in somerset county. Needs to go back to school and learn the law. Not make it up as he goes or as he see's fit.
