Disgusted that this woman has fooled someone enough to be a judge. [Redacted by Ed.]
Suffice it to say, she favors the attorneys she rubs elbows with. Does not matter how unjust. In dealing with family matters, she is not driven by the law or the best interest of the child. [Redacted by Ed.] Unforgivable.

Had verifiable proof of abuse of my children by their father. Though since has money and she knew his family she ruled in his favor.
My children are suffering, acting out, want to know why the judge did not help us. [Redacted by Ed.]

It is hard for me to put into words what Judge Marino has done to harm my family. It's unconscionable. Recently she decided that my daughter who was sexually abused by her father should be emancipated and lose her medical benefits. My daughter is a full time college student and our divorce agreement specifically states that our children will not be emancipated or have their benefits terminated until they graduate from college. What is equally as disturbing is that Judge Marino previously ruled that my daughter didn't have a justifiable reason for not having a relationship with her father so he does not have to contribute anything towards her college expenses, even though college was previously agreed to during the divorce. There is over 10 years of history in the court documents detailing my X’s lifetime struggle with alcoholism, the harmful effect on our children, multiple suspensions of his parenting time, etc. Two of my daughters have come forward about their father sexually abusing them. With each of my X’s retaliatory lawsuits in the past few years and Judge Marino’s rulings against me he seems more and more emboldened that he has Judge Marino in his back pocket. His lawsuits have gotten more frivolous and outrageous each time and Judge Marino’s decisions more prejudicial and excessively unfair. I read below about an individual who felt that Judge Marino was extremely biased in favor of her former husband, a police officer. I believe this to be the case in my family’s situation, as well. Each time that I attended yet another court hearing, my X could be seen greeting and catching up with his friends in law enforcement who worked at the courthouse. There is no doubt that the walls are talking. Up until Judge Marino's most recent ruling about the emancipation and medical benefits I had accepted some of her disturbingly biased decisions (just wanting my daughters and I to be able to move on with our lives and for my daughters to heal from the sexual abuse) but now I feel that it’s time to come forward about the re-victimization of both my daughters and myself at the hands of this judge. It’s incredibly unjust what Judge Marino has done to aid my X in covering up the fact that he emotionally and sexually abused his daughters while at the same time relinquishing him of his financial responsibilities and causing them even greater harm.

My son is now suicidal due to her lack of giving any credence to the proof of abuse by his father. She is pure evil.

Thought she was doing a fair job, when she would actively listen to litigants. Recently, I cannot understand why she ruled in defendant's favor without verifiable proof. She calls out his lies and still rules in his favor. Looking forward to the appeal.

I am not sure the term for a woman who hates women, but that is Judge Julie. Especially if the ruled upon party is smart and pretty. Funny though seems she did some couch time to get the job, as she is one of the worst. Cringe if you see her name as judge that you will be working with.

Rules as if she has an important dinner date instead as a prudent, impartial judge. Allowed an abuser to walk, and child was abused immediately thereafter, sickening.

Judge Marino is by far the worst judge I have ever seen. I appeared before her twice on domestic violence. The defendant in my case was a police officer and she was extremely biased in his favor. I believe that her bias was due to the defendant having been a police officer. I am a victim and she totally trivialized my victimization. She intentionally set out to embarrass, humiliate and belittle me. Her words and actions against me, in front of the defendant, served to validate his victimization of me and will encourage him to consider future abuse of me and/or other innocent victims. Judge Marino is irresponsible and mean-spirited and her behavior in court borders on criminality.

I have had the pleasant opportunity of going before her on a few occasions. She is absolutely awesome! She has a lot of patience; she is obviously overwhlemed being the presiding Judge; therefore, whomever saw her as biased, must be joking themselves. I have had Judges who could care less about matters, but love the power they get - not Judg Marino. I see her more like a problem solver than problem creator. She was very, very, very fair in all the opinions I have seen before her. I amy not have ruled like she did, but I understand her reasoning and logic! Know your stuff before going before her, because she knows hers. Be polite to her and she is always friendly in my opinion. 99.9999% of lawyers I have spoken with feel the same as I do.

Extremely intelligent and focused on helping litigants see through the emotions and get to resolving the true issues. Very fair and ethical. Highly respected among the great majority of the attorneys who practice in front of her with any frequency.

She is the most biased judge that I have ever seen! She is absolutely horrible! Likes to communicate with the plaintiff outside of court. Illegal!
