This Judge belongs in jail. He openly disregards the law and will laugh in your face when you say something. The Judiciary Committee investigated him years ago and nothing happened - he is still on the bench. I have seen him violate every law in a case and then if you confront him he pays off the police to have you falsely arrested and assaulted. When he openly violates the law and it is on the court record - oh no problem he will simply change the record and pretend it did not happen.

Allows foreclosure fraud to take place in his court. Knows the banks and servicers do not have valid documents and proper chain of title, but doesn't seem to really care. Is not interested in upholding the rule of law when it goes against a financial institution. Shows a propensity to conduct Ex Parte communications with foreclosure mills lawfirms in order to streamline the foreclosure rocket-docket process.
Defendants need to come to court well prepared to expose the banks fraud and must be ready to demand that their case be given a chance to be put on the record so that it can be appealed later
