Definitely not a leader. He is a follower and does whatever the prosecution says. Has no mind of his own and does not follow the Rules of Procedures. He doesn't belong on the bench in a court room. [Redacted by Ed.]

Others are 100% correct, he should not be a judge, and should be in prison for a long time.

Does whatever he wants, doesn't even follow the court rules, and the law.

My previous comments. He sent my son to Fl. With his mother who had no job. 3years later she lost my son to the child protective services due to giving birth to another child that had cocaine in his system. She later said she smoked crack 2 days before her due date but, had gotten drunk and high several times in the months before giving birth. Had he listened tobarguments , he would have found out she was on drugs and didn't want to work to support her own child.

He didn't listen to argument when I was trying to keep son in state when his mother tryed to take him to Fl. He was hungry he said. Then he refused to sign my carry permit. His excuse was he didn't think you needed a gun to deliver money out of an armored car to banks and stores. He did sign all the other people who applied from my company a month after. I never had any contact with him before or after them incidences. People have contacted me after child case, about getting him taken off family court. He was removed!!
