Don't understand why he would go against CPS for kids. When they to me I my son was going to be living with me. Yes I told the court of the fro. But the judge tried to say I didn't. He's mad cause he granted emergency custody to me. Told me it okay for a dog to bite my son face n have 9 stitches n urinate in a cup for her boyfriend. Then told I had 1hr to bring him back. I live in willingboro nj it takes me 1hr 20min jus to get their. This court has took my life away with the help of my son mom. I'm a good man that slept with bad women. The old presiding judge that retired before Judge Johnson took over understood the situation of this woman I was with and didn't Grant her nothing and I tried to remain very careful around her but upon his retirement new judges came in and they just don't have the Blind Eye For Justice anymore.

Judge did not have any understanding of a very important aspect of the case. A marital asset. His incorrect decision was base on his confusion of the two types of assets. He couldn't get them straight. Because of this the case is now more complicated than ever. His law clerk is extremely sexist and one sided and was equally if not more confused than him. Moreover, she has very low yrs of experience. When he does not like to make a decision at times he then complains that he does not want it on his desk and creates further litigation. He then complicates the case by doing this as well. It is my opinion if someone wants to dig further research he has some personal conflicts of interest with some local lawyers.

I want to commend the way Judge Johnson handled a contentious custody matter. He did not fuel the fire and made an even handled decision.
