Judge Mary K White is not currently serving on the bench in NJ but she is home being paid like she is on the bench.1 of 10 Judges in NJ with similar situations. Judge White allowed a false allegation of attempted kidnapping/child Abduction in her Courtroom without any investigation. Neither Judge White, Division of Youth and Family Services or my sons Grandmother contacted any Police Departments but allowed this in Court. Judge White then barred me from Public Streets without any type of investigation. Attempted Child Abduction is Child Abuse and must be reported to Local Authorities. It doesn't matter if you're a Judge or a State Worker, they did this to illegally Terminate my rights.

Mary White has been put in charge of parking meters. Wonder what sort of damage she can do there With her skills she can do much damage. She is so full of herself and has absolutely no room for anyone else. She certainly doesn’t know math. And schooling will never help in anything. My question is how the hell was she allowed to keep her job this long????? Who does SHE know

My child was unsafe and in harms way. I had letters from therapists and doctors. Not only did she ignore my childs in camera interview she ignored all documentation. Sent my child back to her abuser. 2 years later the division has a case against him for abuse and neglect. If i could sue a judge I would.

Judge White is very bias and lacks proper decision making skills. I went to court with all of my documents for SSI to get a reduction in child support she stated she needed pay stubs from the beginning of the divorce in 2011....7 years ago. In the same motion I asked for 50% custody of my son in the summer time, she denied it with no explanation. Mind you my ex wife has allowed the minor child to watch porn, expose himself to little girls, defacate all over the school bathroom, talk about killing people and not participate in the court ordered therapy, but Judge White clearly though more time with me wasn't in his best interest and the mom was a great parent ??

I will not continue to be forced to have any matter heard before this disgrace to the legal system. Facts escape her comprehension, prior case history of facts totally dismissed by her bias and uneducated reality and disconnect that she blatantly displays sitting up on the hot air balloon that she floats on. Rude, dismissive to the very cause and reason that a hearing takes place! To ALLOW the FACTS to be HEARD and to base a decision on those FACTS! Enters parties into her fabricated view and NOT in the BEST INTEREST of any children involved. Feels superior to that of a parent that has raised and knows their children!!!! AWFUL and I intend to take every comment here and wherever else I need to in order to have this woman NOT involved in any decision making process from here to KINGDOM'S GATES! Bet! A week after my case was heard, I'm still in shock. At times I thought I was being punked. As the victim, I left feeling the court system let me down. Being told I could only answer certain questions with a yes or a no, dealing with her facial expressions, grabbing her head, not being able to hear me and not allowing me to look at my notes. A one word description - scatterbrained.

Doesn't let anyone talk. can't make up her mind. Gave my grandsons father overnight visitation and he lives in a halfway house with 10 men that just got out of prison. He is also being investigated by dyfus for leaving bruises and welts on my grandson.

If anything happens to my son in his care. I'll will do everything in my power to be removed as a judge. I swear on everything I love on that one.

I would love to know why this women is still on the bench if she doesn't uphold the law and what's meant to protect our children? Our kids ultimately are the ones who are suffering from her rulings that are not warranted. More more kids are mentally destroyed because of this woman. Forget about what the parents feel about each other whether they like each other hate each other or in between it's all about what is the best for each and every child that is involved. Protect our children! I know I would die for my kids I would give up everything for my kids I stay strong for my kids.

Obviously the last person who posted is delusional..for one thing to have your court staff write negitavie comments... with prosecutors along with numerous attorneys writing negitavies it should tell you something. There is ALWAYS three sides to a story. When you have a prior judge who had been on the same case for min of 5 years (who retired)and never changed a thing in a case because the proof was all looked at and the best interest of the kids and everyone involved were thoroughly looked at the correct way ...and the highly respected judge didn't change a thing that should tell you something as well. This women is obviously destroying several people's lives including young children. In the past 2 1/2 years she and my ex have managed to destroy my kids respect for their father. And their trust in people is now forever tarnished for life. I have one child who has anxiety attackes with every time he knows he is going to his father's and tells you that when he legally doesn't have to go their anymore that's what he's doing...then you have another child who has ended up is a facility for a few days because she had a complete breakdown because she knew she was going their father. There is something seriously seriously wrong. And to boot DCPP was called several times on their father from their therapist...mind you a court appointed therapist that she picked ....their is seriously something wrong when she changes the custody around that had worked for 5 years and no problems had came up until she was on the case. To refuse kids an interview with herself ...mind you one is 18 and well beyond the age limit...along with 2 other teenaged kids over 12....there is seriously something wrong. I could write a novel with so so so many things that are wrong with her it isn't even funny...its extremely scary. When you have proof in black and white staring you in the face the moral and justified thing to do is look at it.

I see that a lot of the comments are from the side that didn't get your way and they are blaming the Judge for that outcome. The only negative I've seen is her cases do take a long time but if she gets it right its worth the wait.

Both my ex and I are completely floored by how incompetent and foolish she really is. Once again there is another complaint against this judge who seems to and does ruin lives of the children that she is supposed to be making the right judgment and protect the rights of the children but does NOT do so. She has..for absolutely no reason given my ex more time with our children and lessened my time. I have always worked..never in my life ever used drugs..NOT an alcoholic or ever abandon my. She has destroyed my kids. My kids cry everyday to see me more. She changed a true 50/50 custody with my ex and I that we had for 5 1/2 years. My kids had a father that didn't see them for over a year with that being his choice. Both of my younger kids have no relationship with their father and do not want to see him. There is so much into the case that Judge White has not even looked at ...2 open DYFS cases against my ex..numerous calls to the police regarding issues with my ex and his wife. But I get crucified for being a single mother who moved away from her ex-husband 35 minutes and I was not thinking of the best interest of my children when I move them closer to a family that loves them and helps me and them when we need it. She does not uphold the law or do what's in the best interest of children but yet destroy families children and all involved. She needs to get off of the bench and never sit in family court again with all the numerous complaints against her.

She has been the worst disaster in my life for the past 4 years. I always had custody of my son until he turned 6 when she gave me a few hours to move out of my mothers home and gave my mother primary custody and i had joint! My son and i should have been given time to find a place to go! I fought like hell for 3 years to get him back and finally i have my son back because she just ran out of shit to do to keep him from me! Shes a dirty crooked no good human being and needs to get off the bench! She destroys lives of mothers and their children!!

Mary White is the most incompetent Judge I have ever seen. Is completely wishy-washy. Says one thing, then says another and cannot remember what she said to begin with. Changes her mind constantly while on the bench. Does not realize that litigants are in front of her because they CANNOT come to an amicable agreement and need her to make a decision. Every case I saw in front of her, she ended with stating "I'm sure the parties can work this out". People would not be paying lawyers and paying money to file motions if they could work it out. Her ability to handle a high crisis family matter she is a sorry excuse of a women. To separate siblings and expect that is OK and the children wouldn't suffer, she must live in Marys world. She does not care for the welfare of children, her paycheck yes.

She admits while on the bench she doesn't understand the case but rules based on her beliefs not facts when the facts are right in front of her face. She took my daughter away from me after 15 years without knowing the facts or asking my daughter what is going on. She has crushed me. How can she do this. She is nobody. Judge Mary K White of Gloucester County, NJ Family Court is the most incompetent judge I have ever come across. She has take my two teenage daughters away from me after I have raised them for 15 and 13 years respectfully with no help from their father who is a convicted sex offender of minors-under 14. How is this this even possible? The worst judge I have ever seen. Never prepared and even stated "how am I supposed to know all about this case" from the bench on the record. How is this even possible for a judge that handles children and families? She has broken up my family of 6 and now my 4 year old son asks everyday where his sisters are because Judge White moved them to a household of a child abuser. I have never seen anything like this in life every. I am a highly intelligent professional working on a Doctorate in Education. Yet I cannot see my own children due to Judge Mary K White's in ability to handle a simple case.
